Job summary

Bright Minds is seeking a Service Parts Specialist to support customers and field technicians with replacement, repair, and warranty parts for industrial machinery. You will manage the full parts process, from researching components and BOMs to quoting, ordering, and coordinating shipments to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service or parts, experience with BOMs, and ERP systems; SAP is preferred for inventory research and component identification.

Qualifications

Bright Minds is hiring a Service Parts Specialist to support customers and field service technicians with replacement, repair, and warranty parts for industrial machinery, including rubber and silicone injection molding equipment. This role manages the full parts process from researching components and bills of materials to preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating shipments, managing backorders, RMAs, and communicating delivery status. You’ll work closely with customers as well as Service, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to keep equipment running and parts moving.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of customer service or parts experience with a focus on researching and identifying mechanical/electrical components. Experience working in an ERP system for inventory and component research is required, with SAP experience preferred; the ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical bills of materials is also valuable.
