Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests from all divisions.
• Maintain active log of warranty activity using Zendesk.
• Administer collection and return of manufacturer-required defective components.
• Administer inventory items used for warranty and ensure stock replacement.
• Monitor pending credits due from manufacturers and oversee billable warranty charges.
• File electronic warranty claims with manufacturers.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and customer service skills.
