Job summary

Bemana, LLC is seeking a Segment Manager (Industrial) for Packaging Solutions in the Appliance and HVAC sector. The role defines and executes the product strategy, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives development of packaging solutions aligned with industry requirements.

You will lead packaging innovation for industrial clients, base decisions on market research, and partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing to bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven packaging engineering experience in appliances, HVAC, or related sectors.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient with Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and innovation of custom packaging solutions for industrial segments.
• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy from market insights.
• Collaborate with key industrial clients to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing to launch products.
• Establish and monitor quality controls for packaging solutions.
