Amazon is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineering Program Manager to drive the strategic vision and end-to-end packaging for its device portfolio, including schedule creation, BOM management, and compliance oversight. You will partner with packaging engineering, industrial design, marketing, legal/compliance, and hardware TPMs to deliver robust packaging that aligns with global product launches.

Qualifications

9+ years of design experience.
Experience planning and executing strategic programs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Define and manage end-to-end packaging development schedule from concept to production readiness.
Drive packaging structure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Define and ensure compliant content across packaging deliverables.
Lead POD labeling support and execution for timely delivery.
Develop packaging strategies supporting global product launches and regional expansion.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.
Coordinate resources to maintain schedule integrity across programs.
Identify risks to timelines and drive resolution with clear escalation.
