Job summary
International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Packaging Analyst to design and optimize packaging solutions that ensure safe, cost-effective material flow across the supply chain. You will serve as the plant’s packaging SME, partnering with Central Packaging and suppliers to support launches, operations, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ year packaging/operations experience, or
- Master's degree with no experience, or
- 3+ years packaging/operations experience with 2+ years lead experience
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging development with Central Packaging team and plant requirements
- Design packaging for protection, functionality, cost, and logistics
- Develop racks and packaging for new programs
- Evaluate changes due to product or engineering updates
- Be primary plant contact for packaging with suppliers
- Support daily operations with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical packaging expertise for smooth material flow
- Investigate process deviations and lead root-cause analyses
- Implement corrective actions for long-term stability
- Analyze packaging utilization and improve fill rates
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Oversee packaging asset investment and maintenance
- Support repackaging at logistics centers and reduce it through design
