Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Phoenix, AZ area to drive sales across Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets. This role requires engaging customers through in-person visits, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of electrical industry sales experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
• Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
• Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
• Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.
