U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Walters Wholesale Electric affiliate in Phoenix, AZ.

You will drive sales through in-person customer visits, identify needs, and develop accounts across Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets. Responsibilities include quoting, managing the sales cycle, attending trainings, and traveling to client sites and branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.
