Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Los Angeles, CA territory. This full-time, exempt role focuses on engaging customers through in-person visits, identifying needs, and growing sales across Construction, Commercial, and Industrial markets.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial/electrical sales, a BS preferred, strong communication and pricing skills, and a valid driver's license for frequent travel to customer sites and branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial controls, electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
• Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
• Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
• Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.

Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be located in the Los Angeles, CA territory.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Hours: Morning Shift
