U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Walters Wholesale Electric in Phoenix, AZ.

You will engage customers in person, identify needs, and provide tailored electrical solutions while developing new and existing accounts in construction, commercial, and industrial markets. Travel to customer sites is required; you will generate quotes, manage the sales cycle, and participate in product trainings to broaden industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.
