Venturi Supply in Ventura, CA is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the assigned territory. You will cultivate new business while maintaining key client relationships and promoting our industrial supplies portfolio.

This role requires 5+ years of outside sales, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; Eclipse ERP experience is a plus. We offer health coverage, 401(k) and a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years outside sales experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with distribution ERP systems, Eclipse preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
