Job summary

Venturi Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Leland, NC area to drive new business and manage an assigned territory. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and profit targets and build strong relationships with customers.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales experience in a related industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office 365. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial distribution or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and ERP systems, Eclipse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates and develops new business to meet production goals.
• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals.
• Plans and manages sales territory.
• Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
