Job summary

Venturi Supply is expanding its Outside Sales team in Texas. The Outside Sales Representative drives growth within assigned territories by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships, while coordinating with the Sales Manager to meet targets.

You will present proposals, manage the territory, understand Venturi's products and policies, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. This role requires field mobility and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in the same or similar industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with distribution-specific ERP systems, preferably Eclipse.
• Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generates and develops new business to meet production goals.
• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals.
• Plans and manages sales territory and communicates product information to clients.
