Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Industrial for the Chicago area.

This hybrid role is based out of South Holland and focuses on developing relationships with vendors and customers, pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service from quote to delivery. The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industry-related sales experience required
• Results oriented with ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
• Digital literacy and ability to multi-task and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Prepare product quotations and resolve issues
• Analyze territory competition and devise sales strategy
• Promote professional image with ongoing sales skills and product knowledge
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and closure results
