Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead OT security assessments, architecture reviews and risk-based improvements across industrial environments. You will work directly with clients, deliver high-quality technical and executive deliverables, and guide cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity or OT security experience.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or security design.
• Knowledge of OT and IC environments and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF.
• Experience producing professional reports, presentations, or architecture artifacts.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including IC, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI.
• Review OT network architectures, zones, firewall rules, secure remote access.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and standards.
• Design and support implementation of OT security solutions considering safety and availability.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF.
• Lead client interviews, workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare technical deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive summaries.
• Lead workstreams, track risks, plan resources and monitor budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threats and regulatory developments.
