Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to lead OT security assessments, architecture and implementation initiatives for industrial environments. You will work with clients, prepare technical and executive deliverables, and guide junior team members across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams, applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and related standards to improve security and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity or OT security experience.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or design.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses and gap analyses.
• Review OT networks, segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access and asset visibility.
• Support OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, policies and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety and availability.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead defined workstreams, track risks/issues and manage budgets.
