Job summary

EY seeks an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation initiatives.

You will work directly with clients, prepare high-quality technical and executive deliverables, and help improve security and resilience of industrial environments. Strong collaboration across engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant OT cybersecurity or industrial automation experience.
• Experience performing OT assessments, architecture reviews or risk analysis.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS environments like SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF guidance.
• Ability to produce professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel as required by client/work.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and architecture reviews.
• Develop OT security strategies, roadmaps, policies and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams.
• Prepare client deliverables, diagrams and executive presentations.
• Guide junior team members and support project planning and budgeting.
• Stay current on OT threats and regulatory developments.
