Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity assessments and architecture work for industrial environments. You will partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams, prepare technical and executive deliverables, and advance security and resilience in OT settings.

You will apply standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior staff while working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in OT/ICS or related areas.
• Experience with OT assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or security design.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and common protocols.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI and IIoT.Review OT network architectures, segmentation, firewalls and secure remote access.
• Support OT cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, policies and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety, reliability and operations.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams, manage project plans, risks and budget tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
