Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior/Senior Consultant to lead and deliver defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation for industrial environments. You will work directly with clients, preparing technical and executive deliverables while guiding junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OT security, strong knowledge of ICS/industrial networks, and experience with standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience; travel may be required per client needs.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analyses, or implementation activities.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports, presentations, or architecture artifacts.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk assessments, gap analyses, security audits, architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation approaches, zones and conduits, firewall rules, secure remote access, system hardening, asset visibility and monitoring.
• Support OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, policies, standards, procedures, reference architectures and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions while considering safety, availability, reliability and operational constraints.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF; apply sector-specific guidance when relevant.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops and technical discussions with engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Prepare client deliverables, technical documentation, architecture diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead defined workstreams and support project planning, status reporting, risk/issue tracking and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with engagement leadership and multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and reusable assets; identify additional client needs.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities and regulatory developments.
