Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead security assessments, architecture reviews and strategy in industrial environments. You will work with clients, produce technical and executive deliverables, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to improve resilience of OT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity or OT security experience.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or risk analyses.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Ability to produce professional reports and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments and risk analyses.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS/SCADA and related technologies.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation and secure access.
• Support development of OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety and reliability.
• Prepare client deliverables, diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams, manage project plans and track risks and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and assets.
