Job summary

DSG Supply in Dickinson, ND is seeking an Industrial/Oil & Gas Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will write orders, take calls, prepare bids, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves generating quotes, assisting customers with product inquiries and delivering technical support while supporting a team-oriented, ESOP-driven culture. Typical hours are 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of college/technical training OR 3–5 years field experience in Oil & Gas products.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to write orders and prepare quotes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilitator for customer orders.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Write and help fill orders accurately and timely.
• Generate customer quotations and follow up on quotes.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Restock counter area and monitor inventory.
• Identify opportunities to upsell related products.
