DSG is seeking an Industrial/Oil & Gas Inside Sales Associate in Dickinson, ND. The role focuses on writing orders, taking calls, preparing project bids, and delivering top-notch customer service.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with standard 8 am–5 pm hours. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of college/technical training OR 3-5 years field experience in Oil & Gas products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilitator for customer orders.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Write and process orders accurately and timely.
• Generate and follow up on quotations.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve issues.
• Restock counter area and monitor inventory.
