Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co in Pooler, GA is seeking a Product Support Service Representative, Industrial and Marine Engine.

You will promote service agreements and act as both salesperson and consultant to end customers, covering the assigned territory with focus on immediate needs and long-term maintenance contracts. You will conduct engine audits, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the Engine Service team to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction while upholding the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adequate knowledge of Caterpillar Commercial Engine products and maintenance schedules.
• Ability to influence others and work with limited supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM software such as Salesforce / Saleslink.
• Experience working in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of service agreements for the Commercial Service and Engine Service Department.
• Serve as salesperson and consultant for customer accounts within the territory.
• Develop and implement sales/account strategies to meet growth plans.
• Prepare service-related proposals and quotes for repairs and warranties.
• Maintain customer call lists and opportunity pipeline in CRM.
• Provide backup to the service team and coordinate with vendors as needed.
