Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a high-energy Business Development Director to manage a portfolio in the Industrial Manufacturing sub-vertical on the East Coast/Mid-West US. You will drive sales of digital, cloud, data and enterprise tech solutions, carry quota, engage with C-level executives, lead proposals, campaigns, and negotiations to close deals.

The role emphasizes leveraging industry trends to deliver compelling value propositions and to grow key accounts, with a base salary range of $180k–$200k

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of successful IT services and digital solutions sales experience.
• Strong ability to manage customers, prospects and partnerships.
• Experience selling global services and enterprise digital solutions.
• Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
• Proven track record with C-level executives and large orders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong network in Manufacturing sector.
