Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sales Director – Manufacturing to own and grow a portfolio of manufacturing clients in Indiana, Ohio, and the broader Midwest.

The role blends farming existing accounts with hunting select new opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and driving cross-sell of Celsior’s technology services. The successful candidate will have 10+ years in technology services or IT sales, deep manufacturing domain knowledge, and a strong Midwest network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology services sales or IT consulting sales with focus on manufacturing.
• Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts (farming) and winning new business.
• Ability to credibly engage senior manufacturing stakeholders in digital transformation discussions.
• Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of manufacturing clients; expand footprint and drive renewals.
• Develop account growth plans; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; manage insurance accounts where applicable.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing; deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline; conduct regular client meetings; ensure delivery handoff.
• Represent the company at industry events across the Midwest to generate new leads.
