JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent I in Brownsville, TX, to plan, manage and execute project activities on large industrial assignments. You will lead safety practices, manage subcontractors and coordinate overall workflow, while driving schedules, costs and quality through the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years of construction experience and 1+ year of field supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with owners, design teams and field

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsabilités

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and coordinates site activities; manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Oversees budget tracking and cost reporting through project management systems.
• Ensures QA/QC compliance and supports project closeouts.
