JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Safety Manager in Brownsville, TX to lead field safety programs on major Industrial & Manufacturing projects across the country. You’ll monitor projects, analyze accidents, and ensure compliance with government policies in support of JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of construction safety experience, strong leadership, and expertise in safety regulations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health or related field required.
• 8+ years construction safety experience required.
• 0–2 years team lead or management experience required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Ability to interpret federal, state and local safety regulations.
• Ability to lead safety audits and incident investigations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and implement the field safety program and team on construction projects.
• Communicate safety philosophies to onsite teams and project managers.
• Compile accident statistics and analyze trends.
• Administer and monitor drug and alcohol testing.
• Conduct regular safety audits and identify hazardous conditions.
