Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the safety culture on site and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart checklist and preconstruction activities.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinates submittal schedules and ensures timely responses from subcontractors.
• Maintains project schedule, resources and procurement logs to meet milestones.
• Provides regular progress reporting and financial updates to the project team.
• Leads project closeout, punch list and warranty handover processes.
