Job summary
Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain large industrial textile processing equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, welding, hydraulics and hydraulics, with safety as a priority.
Reports to Chief Engineer. Requires a minimum of two years of maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of 3-phase 230V systems.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of two years maintenance engineering experience with machinery, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and boilers.
- Proficient with power and hand tools.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting ability on 3-phase 230V systems.
- PLC programming experience.
- Experience in boiler repair and general facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on industrial processing equipment and related systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve downtime promptly.
- Respond to daily maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Diagnose problems, replace parts and test repairs.
- Study blueprints and manuals to ensure correct operation.
