Alsco Uniforms in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment and facility systems. The role covers start-up/shut-down, electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, welding, hydraulics, and more, reporting to the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in maintenance with machinery, electrical, hydraulics.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team player with initiative and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain industrial processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and 3-phase systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Read blueprints and manufacturer manuals to ensure correct operation.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain records.
