Job summary

Alsco Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain large industrial textile processing equipment and related facility systems.

You will contribute to start‑up/shut‑down, electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics while keeping accurate maintenance records and following safety protocols. The role requires reading blueprints, reading electrical schematics, and strong teamwork to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Boiler license or PLC programming certification may be required for some locations.
• Two years’ maintenance engineering experience with machinery, electrical, hydraulics, and boiler knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial processing equipment and water systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, including 230‑V three‑phase systems.
• Respond to daily maintenance requests to minimize downtime and perform emergency repairs as needed.
