Job summary

The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and rapid response to downtime, with opportunities to fabricate repair parts and manage inventories.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 3–5 years in maintenance, and basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling in maintenance fields (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
• Experience in facilities or equipment maintenance is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Replace defective parts; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Measure and adjust components with precision instruments.
• Respond to downtime events and coordinate repairs with production.
• Fabricate repair parts using mills, lathes, and drill presses as needed.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing operational data and trends.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work area.
