Job summary

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or equivalent with technical maintenance training.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing basics.
• Ability to read drawings and perform basic measurements using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagrams, manuals, and specs.
• Replace defective parts and conduct root cause analysis.
• Measure parts with calipers and micrometers and adjust as needed.
• Respond to downtime to minimize unplanned outages and communicate status.
• Fabricate repair parts with mills, lathes, and drill presses when needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and report on usage trends.
• Document actions and outcomes for team continuity.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work environment.
• Operate HMIs, VFDs, and PLCs for advanced equipment control.
