Job summary

The Hubbell Incorporated Maintenance Crafts role at our South Carolina plant is responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks to keep equipment running reliably. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade School required.
• Ability to read work orders and safety instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, reactive and predictive maintenance across plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and electromechanical systems including presses and laser machines.
• Read and interpret PLC programs and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults.
• Determine root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fabrication and alterations as needed.
• Operate and safety-check equipment, including forklifts and hoists.
• Open and close plant operations, manage start-up tasks for readiness.
