Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors and production equipment.
• Replace defective parts and conduct root cause analysis.
• Measure and adjust parts with precision tools and instruments.
• Respond to downtime and perform emergency repairs and routine upkeep.
• Fabricate repair parts using shop equipment like mills and drill presses.
• Maintain inventory and plan future needs based on usage trends.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Document actions, irregularities and ongoing needs for team visibility.
• Provide maintenance data and reports; support continuous improvement.
• Operate HMIs, VFDs and PLCs for advanced equipment handling.
