Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks an Electromechanical Technician for its Millbrook, AL facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and control systems across high-speed production lines. The role requires working on 2nd or 3rd shift with a focus on safety, quality, and uptime.

Responsibilities include PM/PdM, diagnostics with schematics/PLCs, and supporting capital projects. SAP/CMMS usage and cross-functional collaboration are essential for reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with automated equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs.
Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
Document work orders and equipment history in CMMS/SAP.
Support maintenance and reliability improvements with RCA and 5 Whys.
