Electrical Automation Services in Prattville, AL, seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and control systems across the plant on 2nd or 3rd shift, focusing on reliability and safety.

The role requires strong industrial electrical skills, experience with automated equipment, and adherence to 5S and LOTO procedures. On-site work in a manufacturing environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety practices.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems, motors, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Support downtime reduction and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
• Document work orders and equipment history in the CMMS system.
• Participate in daily production meetings and safety programs.
