Job summary
Electrical Automation Services in Shorter, AL seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility located near Montgomery. This on-site role handles troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical, control, and electromechanical systems.

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician or equivalent certification with a technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP/CMMS or similar maintenance systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Diagnose faults using schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to breakdowns.
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging and filling systems.
- Assist installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
