Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage plant in Montgomery, AL. The role covers troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, reads schematics, and is proficient with electrical safety and PLC/automation systems. On-site, 2nd or 3rd shift, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS or similar maintenance systems preferred.
• Associate degree required; Electrician license/certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and machinery.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose failures using diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Support production by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
• Utilize maintenance systems to document work orders and history.
