Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for our high-speed distillery and beverage facility in Alabama. This on-site role covers troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems on 2nd or 3rd shift.

You will support reliability improvements and capital project commissioning, using SAP/CMMS for documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, Journeyman Electrician certification,

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, food processing, packaging, or consumer products facility.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing and utility equipment.
Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
Utilize SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance systems to document work orders and maintenance activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
