Kelly Services is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an 11-month onsite contract in Florence, KY 41042. Shift is Tue-Fri, 5pm-3am, pay $25-$30/hr.

Responsibilities include predictive maintenance, inspections, PM tasks, RCA participation, and documenting maintenance history in SAP. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, and a technical background preferred in manufacturing extrusion.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training preferred in: Manufacturing extrusion.
• Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical.
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, process equipment.

• Inspect equipment condition and identify early signs of failure.
• Generate work requests based on findings.
• Execute scheduled PM tasks.
• Verify equipment condition during inspections.
• Document findings and recommendations.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures.
• Support repairs and equipment restoration activities.
• Assist in root cause investigations.
• Ensure repairs meet reliability standards.
• Identify chronic equipment problems.
• Recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in RCA and reliability improvement teams.
• Record maintenance history in SAP and update equipment records.
• Provide detailed failure information and repair notes.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Primary Location: Florence, KY 41042

11-month contract - Onsite role

Tuesday to Friday - 5pm to 3am

Pay range: $25-$30/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Predictive Maintenance
