Job summary

You will work with Operations and Engineering to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-site

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with machine shop tools such as welders, grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment failures, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals for proper maintenance.
• Order replacement parts and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities.
