Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, document work in the CMMS, and support continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you’ll assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment, read technical manuals, and operate tools and test equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery to identify safety or performance concerns; escalate as needed.
• Respond to work orders and document work and parts used in the CMMS.
• Assist with installation, startup and commissioning of new equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Safely operate tools, test equipment, forklifts, and lifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; store tools and supplies properly.
• Support continuous improvement to improve reliability and maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to minimize disruption.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety policies; participate in on-call rotations as needed.
