Pratt Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production by ensuring proper operation of machinery and building systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex equipment and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to work overtime and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Ability to complete assignments without supervision.
• Overtime availability up to 12 hours/day.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with quick response to failures.
• Diagnose faults and plan corrective action.
• Coordinate with machine operators to diagnose and fix problems.
• Complete paperwork accurately according to company guidelines.
• Follow up work orders to ensure proper performance.
• Understand power transmission systems, gearboxes, conveyors, and welding processes.
• Know bearings, drive belts, gaskets, and seals.
