Qualifications

3-5 years of maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Familiar with machine operations.
Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, blueprints, and layout drawings.
Basic PLC knowledge (diagnostics, not programming).
Experience welding, torch cutting, and plasma cutting.
Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools (thermal, multimeter, ammeter).
Familiar with hydraulic systems and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance tasks and support overall maintenance operations.
Support preventive maintenance systems and help implement PM measures.
Ensure operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Troubleshoot malfunctions using observation and testing instruments.
Repair and replace defective parts with hand/power tools, hoists, and cranes.
Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers; adjust components as needed.
Perform general building maintenance as required.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools.
Maintain paperwork and log information into maintenance software.
Prepare maintenance reports and reduce downtime through PM practices.
