Iron Mountain in Duluth, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum operational efficiency of production machinery and facility systems through expert diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in industrial electrical plant maintenance, reads blueprints, troubleshoots hydraulics and electrical systems, and communicates complex information clearly.

Qualifications

3–5 years in industrial electrical plant maintenance and mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, fabrication, welding).
Ability to read/interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Strong diagnostic problem-solving and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Operations, shift supervisors, and vendors to schedule preventive maintenance and extend equipment life.
Ensure safety standards and maintenance policies are followed; document repairs and activities.
