Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III for a stable manufacturing operation in Mendota, IL. This role requires strong electro-mechanical skills, PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic read-only), and the ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, manage PM schedules, and work 3rd shift with potential Sunday-Thursday variation. Competitive hourly pay with overtime, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma required.
• 2–5+ years in industrial maintenance and controls preferred.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (DC/AC motors, drives, downstream equipment, chillers).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders; contribute to CMMS.
• Order parts and components as needed; ensure safe operation of plant equipment.
