Job summary

Stable Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III for multi-craft maintenance and electro-mechanical support in Mendota, IL. The role focuses on troubleshooting PLCs, electrical circuits, motors, and drives, with a strong emphasis on preventive and reactive maintenance to maximize production uptime.

The Technician will manage PMs, repair work orders, and parts inventory while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma required.
• 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance/Electrical Systems experience preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (DC/AC motors, drives).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders.
• Order replacement parts and control components as needed.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects for production efficiency and safety.
• Work with production staff to ensure safe, reliable operation.
