Job summary

Stable Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III to join our plant maintenance team. This role covers multi-craft maintenance, electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and ensuring maximum production uptime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machines and controls, performing PMs, coordinating parts orders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Shift: third, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

2–5+ years industrial maintenance, electrical systems and controls.
High School or Vocational Diploma required.
Basic PLC and drive training.
Plastic process knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (DC/AC motor & drives, downstream equipment, chillers, etc.).
Maintain and build job skills through company training programs.
Order replacement parts & control components from supplier as needed.
Contribute to CMMS performance through PM and repair work orders.
1st responder to troubleshooting machine problems; contact Electrical Engineering if needed.
Support Daily Management directives and initiatives.
Help develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and Safety.
Work with Production Staff to ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment.
