Job summary

Stable Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III to perform multi-craft maintenance, including electro-mechanical work and PLC troubleshooting. The role includes 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) with possible Sunday-Thursday rotations and overtime to support production.

Compensation ranges hourly with shift differential and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

High School / Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent - Required.
Technician level - Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic - Preferred.
2-5+ years Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems and Controls.
Basic PLC and Drive training.
Plastic process knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (DC/AC motors & drives, downstream equipment, chillers).
Maintain and build job skills through company training programs.
Order replacement parts & control components as needed.
Contribute to CMMS performance with PM and repair work orders.
First responder to troubleshoot machine problems; contact Electrical Engineering if needed.
Support Daily Management directives and initiatives.
Assist continuous improvement projects to boost production efficiency and safety.
Work with Production Staff to ensure safe, reliable plant equipment operation.
