Job summary

Stable Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III to perform multi-craft maintenance and electro-mechanical duties in a fast-paced plant. Role requires PLC troubleshooting and reading electrical/mechanical drawings, with emphasis on PM and spare parts management.

The position offers 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am), with overtime and occasional Sunday-Thursday scheduling based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• High school or equivalent required.
• PLC and drive systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (DC/AC drives, motors).
• Build skills through company training programs.
• Order replacement parts and control components as needed.
• Contribute to CMMS with PM and work order completion.
• First responder to troubleshooting machine problems; contact Electrical Eng. as needed.
• Support Daily Management directives and initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and safety.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment with Production staff.
